At OG CLO, we want every customer to have a smooth shopping experience. Please review our refund, return, and exchange policy before placing your order.

No Refund Policy

OG CLO does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Once an order has been successfully delivered, payment is generally non-refundable.

Size Exchange

If the size does not fit, customers may request a size exchange, subject to stock availability.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original tags and packaging must remain intact.

  • The product must not have stains, odors, damage, alterations, or signs of wear.

  • The exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Customers are responsible for the delivery/shipping costs associated with a size exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact OG CLO promptly after delivery.

Please provide your order details and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or other resolution at no additional delivery cost to you where the issue was caused by OG CLO.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Products may not be eligible for exchange if they:

  • Have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Are missing their original tags or packaging.

  • Show stains, perfume, body odor, makeup, or other signs of use.

  • Were clearly marked as Final Sale / Non-Exchangeable at the time of purchase.

Sale Items

Items purchased during promotions or sales may have different exchange conditions. Final Sale products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Exchange Approval

All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by OG CLO. We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the returned product does not meet the conditions stated above.
