Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. During new drops, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Across Nepal

We provide nationwide delivery across Nepal.

  • Inside Kathmandu Valley: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days

  • Outside Kathmandu Valley: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and courier service. The applicable delivery charge will be shown or communicated when placing your order.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and locations. Customers are requested to provide their correct full name, phone number, and delivery address when ordering.

Urgent Delivery

For customers inside Kathmandu Valley, same-day or urgent delivery may be available through services such as Pathao, inDrive, or other local delivery partners. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided when available. Delivery times shown are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. OG CLO will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or incomplete customer information.

If a package is returned to us because the customer was unavailable or provided incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect product or your order arrives damaged, please contact OG CLO as soon as possible after receiving the package and provide your order details along with clear photos or videos of the issue.

We will review the case and assist you accordingly.

Delivery Delays

Although we do our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
